The room here was spacious and modern, with a large balcony and ceiling windows - so much natural light! the location is fantastic, with friendly and attentive staff at the reception desk who are always ready to help out. 🌟

would be happy to recommend the place, i didn't want to say goodbye. it's reasonably spacious low budget hotel, everything is modern here. the venue offers plenty of food that was outstanding. the rooms are nicely decorated and well-appointed with a socket in the toilet and enormous balcony, as example and the staff are knowledgeable.

The Grand is an older traditional style / furnished hotel and is the best in Lublin, with a 4 Star Rating.We stayed in a Superior room which was large with vey high ceilings. There are another 2 room levels below this. The Standard is very similar only smaller.All rooms are all different layouts as the hotel is a large old significant building.Rooms were very good,traditionally furnished, with comfortable king size beds and classy bathrooms.A Very nice hotel & all staff very helpful and friendly.Great location and all sightseeing to Old Town only 10 mins walk.All drinks in the Hotel were at prices less than uk Bar prices but be aware Wine is very expensive everywhere in Lublin.Taxis if needed are very low cost.Breakfast offered a huge Continental choice of cold meats , cheeses, cereals etc. The only possible gripe was the fresh fruit selection was poor ( surprising as fruit is very cheap) and the self service buffet struggled to keep the English Breafast eggs and Bacon even to a luke warm level.This was an enjoyable visit, I will return to this hotel, and would happily recommend it to anyone. Accomodation prices are are quite high but it is the best hotel - I know this as I visited all other hotels and have assessed all accomodation for a future visit planned in 2012.

For the rating level there should be a better selection of fruit at breakfast and the English Breakfast Eggs/Bacon Buffet need to be kept at a higher temperature. I could not fault the Hotel on any other aspect.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and 1st class. the staff is very friendly, and the rooms are fashionable. They offer a good choice of outstanding food at breakfast time. the building and rooms are very chic with a single big bed. the location is absolutely perfect and incredible, a short walk to the center of the Old City and Lublin, as well as to restaurants.

Hotel staff was extremely helpful: when I parked my car incorrectly by mistake in the street in front of the hotel, they sent me an SMS and then phoned me, so that I got no penalty from the police that was already coming...

The room in the 3rd floor was a bit gloomy - only one small roof window.

It was a 1st class and beautifully designed hotel in a fairly nice area, close to main attractions in Lublin, and everything, such as the old part of town, the lovely park, shops and restaurants. Stunningly beautiful views, the breakfast was savoury with really fantastic foods. Perfect location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed. We dined out at Boru Ramen Shop, set close to the venue.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and well-appointed with a huge private terrace, the showers are great, and the breakfast offers a variety of fantastic foods.

Stayed here before and loved it. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean. Basic rooms are a bit cramped but still nice. Breakfast in bed was only 10 pln (about 2.5eur) extra. We liked the hotel that little bit better the previous time though. It was as if standards were slipping slightly. Small things were a bit annoying like the bread with breakfast was stale or it wasn't as warm as it should've been considering the weather

I had a great stay at this upscale place with modern, stylish rooms and a lovely view, plus a delicious and varied breakfast spread.

The staff were friendly and attentive. the breakfast was delicious and satisfying. - the room was spacious with a lovely interior. - the hotel's location near the Lublin Castle was convenient. - the restaurant served fantastic Polish specialties.
